For participants in our cruises:
Answering Your questions we have created a list of things essential for every participant. This is just an example, because every cruise is slightly different. We will take with us different things when going to Baleares and different on a cruise at Baltic Sea in autumn... It all depends on Your common sense!

What to take with on a cruise?
Clothes:
Essential – underwear, pyjamas, oilskins, warm trousers, sweat pants, walking-out trousers, shorts, T-shirts, sweater, a hooded sweatshirt, warm socks, sport shoes, wellingtons, a pair of mules, sandals, swimming costume, summer cap, winter hat, sailing gloves, winter gloves
Additional – walking-out clothes: trousers, skirts, dresses – whatever you like, but don’t go to extremes with their number
Toiletries: towel, shower gel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, suntan oil, baby tissues, deodorants and other
Medications: the best medicine for seasickness is work – yet one can understand it only in practice; at the beginning we suggest Avioplant (made from ginger), Locomotiv (herbal) or Cocculine (homeopathic) – it is best to ask your pharmacist; apart from that – aspirin, sore throat pills, painkillers, any medication you need (it is better to take more, than not enough!)
Other: sleeping bag, personal belongings, headlamp, book, newspapers, camera, films, games, cell phone, battery, charger, mp3 player or iPod, your own navigational instruments (if you have any), diving mask, snorkel, wetsuit etc., sunglasses (it’s best if they have a string, so you cannot lose them), needle and threads, boatswain’s knife (if you want)
Documents:
passport, ID, sailing licences held, sailing booklet
